Ingredients:
2 beef steaks (I used sirloin)
1 beef broth
1 spoon mustard
½ glass of beer
½ teaspoon garlic powder
margarine for frying

Preparation:
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste and the garlic. Set aside.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the beef broth.
- Then add the meat to fry.
- Add the mustard and beer and let it thicken.
- Heat the bread and cut it in half.
- Add the steak and some of the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
