Easy and Delicious Prego in Bread Recipe

Is there anything tastier than a nice, well-stuffed prego? It's so simple to make!

Ingredients:

2 beef steaks (I used sirloin)
1 beef broth
1 spoon mustard
½ glass of beer
½ teaspoon garlic powder
margarine for frying

Preparation:

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste and the garlic. Set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the beef broth.
  3. Then add the meat to fry.
  4. Add the mustard and beer and let it thicken.
  5. Heat the bread and cut it in half.
  6. Add the steak and some of the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately.
